THis is my favorite breakfast sausage seasoning blend. I have tried many of the different blends out there and this one is my pick as the winner. It's hearty enough to stand up to pork, but it is also awesome to use with turkey or chicken. We don't eat a lot of turkey products in my house. We personally find that we like the taste of chicken better. This even is true of deli lunch meat. Anyhow I use this blend with ground chicken and got rave reviews from all who ate it, myself included. It won't dissapoint.
