3D Layered Designer Cut Out - Halloween Gnome Witch ~ Designer Cut Outs are a multi-layered product made from cardstock, glue and foam spacers.  Each one is meticulously cut from colored cardstock and then layered with foam and put together for a 3D effect.  Overall dimensions for this one are approx 11" tall x 10" wide.  It comes with two velcro strips for hanging on your wall.  This product is for indoors only and not for use in any damp or wet location.  Can be made with different custom colors.
