I am proudly half Italian and half Greek. I always say that that combination makes for fantastic food, huge family gatherings, and hot tempers! Italian food is very popular here in the states, and everywhere else as well. I mean, who doesn't like some kind of pizza? Rather than buy a supermarket blend of spices, I have made my own. It's all natural, organic, and not super processed like some other blends are. Take a trip to Italy with my seasoning and you won't be dissapointed.
