SHOP POLICIES
Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions.
1:ORDERS
All orders are processed the next business day after placement. If you have any changes to your order, please place them within 24 hours of submitting your order, or we cannot make any changes. Please allow 7 business days for the fulfillment of your order.
2:SHIPPING
The boxes to ship your order can be quite large. These dimensions, added to the weight are what is used to figure what shipping will cost. All orders are shipped out using Priority Mail and will arrive to you within the continental U.S. within 3 days after posting.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
If your item is a gift, please let us know that at the time of checkout and we will not enclose an invoice with the package.
4:RETURNS
We do accept returns. Your item needs to be received by us within 14 days of purchase and must be in undamaged condition. A refund of 100% of your purchase price of the item will be sent to you using the same method you paid with. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping fees since those are paid to the Post Office.
